LIVE AUCTION ONLY! February 5th, 2025 starting at 10AM. This will be located at the Wayne County Fairgrounds, 861 Salisbury Rd. No., Richmond, IN 47374. We will be in the building behind the First Bank Richmond Expo Hall.
Bidding Notice:
Items up for bid will include 80% new merchandise. We will have household good, new construction items such as screen doors lighting, ceiling fans, sinks, vanities, faucets and door locks. There will be several tool boxes both large and small, heaters, fire pits propane outdoor heaters, yard tool and shop vacs. Included items will be Milwaukee, DeWalt, Ryobi, Craftsman and Rigid power tools and much, much more! Items will be added daily until the day of the auction.
Indiana Sales Tax of 7% will be added to each purchase.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A BID CANNOT BE RETRACTED ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED.
There will be NO refunds, returns or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS! All Sales are Final.
PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express with a 3.5% Admin fee added. Cash and check with proper I.D. will be accepted.
PICK-UP: You are to take the items you won on the day of the Auction. NO ITEM WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE BUILDING WITHOUT PAYMENT!
