Fall Consignment Sale

The Wildfire Fall Consignment Auction will be Sat. November 16th @ 10am. This will be an online with Hibid and in-person auction. It will be held at Wildfire Motors, 4741 National Rd. West, Richmond, IN 47374. We are starting to take consignments now so please contact Jeremy Creech @ 765-993-4158 if you have items to sell.

Auction Details

Here are a few details regarding our upcoming auction. Got any questions? Feel free to give us a call!

Everything will be sold "AS-IS" with no warranties.

Please inspect items on-site.

Inspection dates: Nov. 14th & Nov. 15th 12pm-5pm

No buyers premium will be charged to On-Site Bidders

There will be a 10% Buyers Premium to On-Line Bidders.

Cash, a good check, or credit card with a 3.5% fee added are all acceptable payment options.

Regarding all titled items, purchaser will be charges 7% sales tax and a $40.00 Title Fee.

This does include a temporary tag.

No titles will be handed out the day of Auction. ONLY paperwork showing sale.

We are not responsible for merchandise after day of auction.

Purchasers are responsible for pickup.

Consignments:

All Consignments must be approved by Jeremy on-site no later than November 10th.

All Consigners will receive a contract for their consigned items.

Commission Settlement Fees are as follows:

$0 to $750 will be 25%

$751 to $3,000 will be 10%

$3,001 to $6,000 will be 5%

$6,001 and up will be 3%

No reserves for items $750 or less.

All items with reserves that Do Not Sell, will be subject to a non-sale fee of $40.00

All Advertising via internet, radio, etc. will be paid for by Wildfire Auction.

Consigners will not be charged for advertising.

Consigned items may include any automotive or construction tools, Skid Steers and attachments, trailers, automobiles, trucks, ATV's, side-by-sides, restaurant equipment, farm equipment, lawn mowers, etc.
